Blazin Reflective O-Ring (O-So-Comfy) Collar Review
The Blazin Reflective O-So-Comfy dog collar features Reflectech piping and reflective stitching, ensuring high visibility in low-light conditions.
Crafted with attention to detail, this collar boasts thick neoprene padding, safeguarding the dog’s fur or sensitive skin. The design of the collar ensures that there is minimal pressure on the buckle (webbing going through the O-ring) for better durability and safety. This also ensures that no hardware is touching the dog which can be a problem for sensitive/allergic pets.

The webbing going through the O-ring also creates an additional safety feature: if the buckle fails, the O-ring usually stops it from pully sliding out, giving the dog walker a bit of extra time to fix the situation. Sometimes the buckle slides through the ring but most of the time it gets stuck like in the image below, so while this is not a fool-proof safety feature, it adds a bit more security to the collar.
On the other hand, this also means that you need to guide through the buckle on the ring every time you want to put on or remove the collar which adds an extra step to the process.
While the no-name buckle doesn’t feel durable we have not had any issues with it so far - although Zulu is a 29 pounds dog who usually has good leash manners. There are no strength testing or weight testing data on their website that we could refer to so this is just a subjective conclusion after using the collar.
The oversized O-ring on the other hand feels durable, makes attaching a leash very easy, and gives a very cool look to the collar.

To summarize, the Blazin O-So-Comfy Collar offers a good value for its price. It is a very affordable option and it is still packed with features that make it safer and more comfortable than most products in the same price range.
It is reflective, has a thick waterproof neoprene padding and its design keeps the hardware away from the dog while also taking off pressure from the buckle.
